Tanmiyat (UAE)

GulfCap was mandated by the Saudi-based Tanmiyat Group, a leading real estate developer in the region, for various corporate and financial advisory services for their Dubai-based, multi-billion US dollar project, Living Legends, Dubai.

The mandate included the structuring and placement of a US$2 billion Sukuk, or Islamic bond.
